Shipping Policy

Please allow 1 business day for processing & payment verification. Packages generally ship within an 1-2 business days excluding weekends and holidays : You may experience slight delays due to COVID. Pre Orders have separate shipping dates which are specified in the product title of the item you are ordering. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail with a tracking number.  If the shipping address was inputted correctly or you’d like to amend the information, please contact US immediately. Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped. Customers will be responsible for extra fees incurred if delivery was made to an incorrect address.

IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS PRE-ORDER & NON PRE-ORDER ITEMS, YOUR SHIPPMENT WILL BE SHIPPED AS THEY COME IN, IMMEDIATEY.
